You should ensure that a complaint is actioned immediately, leaving no excuses for withholding payment.

It is essential that you have the correct processes and checks, so that when a debt becomes a problem, you are on top of it, and most importantly that you know what to do straight away to mitigate the possibility of it becoming a Bad debt.
